Reverend Thomas M. Condon, O.P.
Pastor

Rev. Thomas Condon, O.P., is a native Memphian. He attended Christian Brothers High School, and the University of Memphis. Fr. Tom entered the Dominican Order in 1981, and was ordained to the Priesthood in 1988. He holds Master's degrees in Psychology and Theology, along with a Doctor of Ministry in Homiletics from Aquinas Institute of Theology. He has ministered in Nashville, New Orleans, St. Louis, and San Antonio. Fr. Tom returned to St. Peter's as pastor in 2006.

Fr. Eduardo Logiste Felix, O.P.
Parochial Vicar

Born in the Dominican Republic of Haitian parents,
Fr. Eduardo is a Dominican priest serving St. Peter Church in Memphis, Tennessee as parochial vicar.  He was ordained on July 10, 2010 in San Antonio, Texas, where he received M.Div. and an M.A. degree from Oblate School of Theology.  Fr. Eduardo is multicultural and speaks Spanish, French, Haitian Creole and English fluently.  He comes from a large family and grew up loving the poor and striving for social justice.  His role model is Saint Martin de Porres.

Reverend Paul D. Watkins, O.P.
In Residence

Rev. Paul Watkins, O.P. spent his early childhood in Ann Arbor, MI and then his high school and college years in and about New Orleans, LA. He is a graduate of Tulane University. Fr. Paul entered the Dominican Order in 1984 and was ordained in 1990. He has two masters degrees in theology: one from the Dominican School of Philosophy and Theology and another from the Graduate Theological Union. He also has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Virginia. He has ministered in California, Atlanta, New Orleans and now Memphis. Fr. Paul is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Marketing, Management and Economics in the School of Business at Christian Brothers University.  He teaches Business ethics and marketing courses there.  Lastly, Fr. Paul loves photography, and cooking New Orleans dishes.

Jane Scharding-Smedley
Organist/Choirmaster

Organist-Choirmaster since 1980, Jane oversees the musical and liturgical life of the parish. Jane holds both Bachelor and Master degrees in Sacred Music, and the Colleague and Choirmaster certificates from the American Guild of Organists. A former Board member of the National Association of Pastoral Musicians, she serves as their regional liaison.

Christina Klyce
Director of Religious Education

Christina Klyce has been the Director of Religious Education at St. Peter Church since 2003. Her love for catechesis began as a special ed teacher in the Catholic Schools, and blossomed when she began Catechesis of the Good Shepherd training in 1998. In addition to her work with the children in the atrium, she is committed to the ongoing catechesis of teenagers and adults and helping adults of other faith traditions learn more about the Catholic faith through RCIA.
