Provide lifelong faith formation that deepens our relationship with Christ and forms us into active disciples preaching the Gospel to all the world.
“Stir into flame the gift of God.”
2 Timothy 1:6
Due to the current situation with COVID-19, much of our parish faith formation will be home-based for the first part of 2021. Thank you for your patience as we navigate safely back to in-person formation.
Adult Book Studies
Out of the Depths: The Psalms Speak for Us Today
In January, we are starting a new book study about Psalms. We’ll be using Bernard Anderson’s Out of the Depths: The Psalms Speak for Us Today. Led by Jennie Latta, this study will meet via Zoom on Tuesday evenings. We plan to cover one chapter a week, with participants encouraged to read the chapter before each week’s meeting. Copies are available online or at St. Paul Books. For more information, or to sign up, contact Christina at [email protected]
The Good Shepherd and the Child: A Joyful Journey
This user-friendly book for parents, grandparents and catechists is an excellent introduction to Catechesis of the Good Shepherd, prayer and spirituality of the young child. We meet via Zoom on Thursday mornings at 9:30. All are invited to join, and it’s okay if you haven’t participated in previous sessions. After Christmas, we will pick up with Chapter 4 “Sources of Nourishment.” To receive the Zoom links , please email Christina at [email protected]
