First Communion Registration

First Communion 2025: Please register your child below. If you child is not in Catholic school, you will need to complete both the First Communion and the Faith Formation Registration forms. 

First Communion 2026: In the Diocese of Memphis, First Communion requires two years of preparation, either in the parish or Catholic school. If your child is not in Catholic school and would like to receive First Communion during Spring 2026, he/she will need to participate in the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd atrium sessions on Sunday mornings at 9:30, beginning September 8. Please register with the Faith Formation Registration form (see above).
